Who owns RE/MAX Masters?
Jose E. Pastora is the Broker-Owner of RE/MAX Masters. He founded the company with his wife, Maritza in 1990.
How many offices does RE/MAX Masters have?
We have 4 offices to serve you and your clients in the San Gabriel Valley & Inland Empire: Covina, La Verne, Chino Hills, and Whittier.
Do RE/MAX Masters Agents get access to all the offices?
YES. As a RE/MAX Masters agent, you may use any of our locations. All the equipment in each office runs the same way to make it easy for agents to be mobile. The Office Coordinators, Front Desk Staff are all trained the same way as well and are happy to help any agent when needed.
Will RE/MAX Masters give me leads?
Yes. We have a lead generation/conversion department that is continuously working on generating leads and turning them into appointments for the agents. Many of our agents close 3,4,5,6, and more deals a year simply off of the RE/MAX Masters leads.
What about the leads from my own listings?
RE/MAX Masters has a policy that all leads on your listings belong to YOU- the listing agent. All calls, emails, inquiries, etc on a listing will be directed straight to the listing agent. Some busy listing agents utilize our lead conversion department to follow up on their leads on their behalf. These leads get passed back to the listing agent when they are ready to move forward. In the meantime, our customer care reps will follow up for days, weeks, months, and years until that lead is ready to move.
Will RE/MAX Masters help me with my marketing?
Yes. With your RE/MAX Membership, you get access to a ready-made design center that makes it easy for you to create post cards, flyers, brochures, newsletters, video commercials –all at the click of a few key strokes.
Is RE/MAX Masters only for experienced agents?
RE/MAX Masters has training and programs for both new and experienced agents. We often help top producing agents with systems and team building. We also offer a unique and intensive mentorship and training experience for qualified new agents.
